5. Packages, Payments & Booking Access

Coaching services are offered in packages.
Payment is arranged outside of the booking system following an initial consultation.
Once payment is received, clients will be provided with access credentials to book sessions.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited and deducted from the client’s package.
