She works with high-potential marketers, CMOs, and executive teams to build business understanding, sharpen decision-making, and lead with confidence in complex organizations.

    Meghan is also President of Pattern & Path Consulting, where she partners with executive teams to translate deep human insight into clear strategic direction and growth pathways. Her coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience across retail, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and professional services, blending strategic rigour with practical, experience-based guidance to help leaders turn strategy into action.

Esther Benzie

  • Esther Benzie is a strategic marketing executive and executive coach who helps marketers and business leaders drive growth through sharper strategy, stronger capability, and confident leadership. 

    As Co-Founder of ShiftUp Coaching, she brings more than 30 years of experience leading iconic brands and high-performing teams across financial services and consumer packaged goods. Formerly Vice President of Brand and Advertising at CIBC and a senior leader at Procter & Gamble, Esther now combines deep marketing expertise with evidence-based coaching to help emerging leaders, CMOs, CEOs, and boards navigate complexity and lead with commercial impact.

Her background includes senior marketing leadership roles with brands such as Mama Earth Organics, Yum! Brands, The Body Shop, and john st. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Heather’s coaching blends thoughtful inquiry with practical, experience-based guidance to help leaders build confidence, sharpen judgment, and turn strategy into action.
